Shipping policy

Fireworks are pick up only and will not be shipped. Fireworks can only be picked up from the Galaxy Megastore located at 21311 Katy Freeway, Katy TX, 77450 on specific dates the store is open.

Houston Galaxy Fireworks Store are open: June 24 - July 4 and December 20 - January 1.

 

How to Complete your pickup:

There will be visible signage in-store for a designated register for pickup.

Customer will need to show proof of purchase with either email or text receipt to the cashier. When placing the order, customer needs to use a credit card that matches the name and address as the person who is going to be picking up the order. Customer needs to have their credit card used and ID present with them when picking up the order. Must be 16 years of age or older to purchase and pick up.

Please pick up within 48 hours of receiving "order is ready" notification. We reserve the right to cancel. Please call if more time is needed for pick up. If order needs to be cancelled or changed, please call store and we will have the order refunded to form of payment used.
